We act for businesses, landlords and individuals recovering debts of all sizes.
How we can help

- Statutory demands against companies
- Court proceedings in the NSW Local, District and Supreme Courts
- Enforcing judgments, including garnishee orders and writs
- Bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings where appropriate
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements
Common questions
How long do I have to recover a debt?
In NSW, many claims for money owed under a contract must generally be started within six years, but time limits vary with the type of claim. Acting early also makes recovery more likely.
What if the debtor is a company?
A statutory demand can be an effective tool. If a company doesn't pay or apply to set the demand aside within the required time, it can be presumed insolvent, which opens the way to winding-up proceedings.
